5 slow miles with Gina.  Forgot my Garmin, so we had to estimate how far we went.  She wanted to do an extra mile from what was on the schedule.  I think that is a good sign.  She is doing very well, but we wilted a bit with the humidity.  It felt like it wanted to rain, but didn't.  It would have been a welcome relief.  5 miler in the morning.

5 miles with Tina this morning at 5:10 a.m.  I know it was slow for her, but a good clip for me in 44:00 flat.  Sub 9's for an out and back up along Skyline is about all that I can handle.  But, a good run still.

6 miles this evening at 6:15 p.m.  4 with Gina.  She did one more than the schedule, and was feeling pretty good.  Very slow tonight.  Nice, nice cool temperatures.   Felt great.  3 very easy tomorrow morning the day before the 5K.
